Mads Elkær is a journalist from Denmark who came up with the idea behind the Copyfighter tool that finds illegal copies for journalists. Mads Elkær is a graduate from The Danish IT University and has worked more than 10 years as a tech-journalist and freelancer at various news outlets, when he discovered that his online articles were copied multiple times and reused in commercial, malicious, and even dangerous contexts.
